Please allow 1–2 days for collection. We will notify you on the day your order is available to pick up via the email address provided at the time of your order.
Store collection orders will be held at the store for 7 days.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
We will dispatch your order within 48 hours after it has been placed, subject to payment and stock availability. If for any reason an item is out of stock we will contact you as soon as possible.
Please make sure that the shipping address and contact details are correct as we are unable to redirect orders once they have shipped.
If your order weighs more than 2.5kg (volumetric) and the cost of shipping your order exceeds our stated guide price, Amaia Clothing may need to apply additional courier or postal charges to your account.
Please note that during sales and promotional periods it may take a little longer than usual for your order to arrive.
TAXES & DUTIES FOR EU SHIPMENTS
All shipments to the EU are now being dispatched on a Delivered Duty Paid basis, so all VAT taxes are paid and you will incur NO EXTRA charges at delivery.
TAXES & DUTIES FOR THE US, CANADA AND REST OF THE WORLD
All orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid basis. Product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. As the recipient, please note that any taxes and duties that may be incurred are the responsibility of the purchaser and not of Amaia Clothing Ltd.
- Japan: no taxes for orders up to ¥200,000
- Every parcel is subject to US import duty and customs tax, regardless of its value
If you refuse to accept delivery and we have to have the goods returned to us, you will have to pay the courier and any duty costs out of any refund we make to you.
In the event of replacements or exchanges being sent to non-domestic countries, no duty is normally charged.
RETURNS
Love and care goes into every Amaia garment. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase or wish to exchange, we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item. If 30 days have passed since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
GENERAL
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, including tags and plastic, and garments must not be washed or worn.
If you wish to return/exchange an order, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the order by email to contact@amaiakids.co.uk quoting your name and order number. Clearly explain why you would like to return/exchange your item(s). Please keep your Proof of Purchase safe until your refund has been dealt with.

Returns are at the customer's expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Amaia Clothing is not responsible for any returns lost in transit – it is recommended that you include tracking and insurance for your protection. Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
RETURNS: EUROPE, US, CANADA AND REST OF THE WORLD
Please note that international customers will be responsible for all postage costs when returning items.
For international customers, including customers in EU countries, who are looking to return our products, please make sure to complete your customs return form with the following description: "British return goods" on the outside of your package. Our depot services won't accept parcels charged by customs duty or import VAT, and consequently your package will be sent back to you. Amaia Clothing is not liable for any customs or import charges that may be incurred for international customers returning goods.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 3–5 working days and will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, please email us at contact@amaiakids.co.uk to notify us of your exchange, then ship the item back to us. Once we have received your return, we will ship the new item out to you for free.
Please note returns are at the customer's expense.

Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer a refund and/or exchange on all socks and tights, face masks and hair accessories.
Our bespoke garments are custom made in Spain using specific measurements for your child and are therefore not refundable or exchangeable.
