Can i make changes to my order?
You may cancel your order shortly after placing it, but once the order has been processed, no changes can be made.
Can I return my online order?
We hope you love your order, but if not, you’re welcome to return it for a full refund or exchange.
How long do I have to return an item?
You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange your item for a full refund.
How do i return my online order?
Return any unsuitable item with a note explaining your request. Returns are at customer's expense, unless the items faulty or incorrect.

Which items are not eligible for return?
Non-returnable items are:
- Face masks
- Hair accessories
- Bespoke items
Can I use a store credit for an online purchase?
Amaia's store credit is for in-store use only and valid on full price items.
Can I include a gift message with my online purchase?
Personal touch never goes out of style: add a message at checkout and we’ll include a handwritten note.
How do i use a discount code?
Discount codes apply to full-price items only and can't be used with sale or promotional offers.
I purchased something that is now on sale or further discounted
Markdowns and further reductions are part of the retail process and prices can't be adjusted after a sale takes place.
Do I have to pay import tax/duties on my order?
All international orders to the EU are delivered duties paid.
All international orders outside the EU are delivered duties unpaid therefore you may be subject to custom and/or duty taxes. This cost is the responsibility of the customer and is payable on receipt of delivery of goods. Please check your local custom tax and duty costs as duties must be paid before the goods are delivered.
